Returns & Exchange
All items are eligible to be returned and exchanged except those which are customized with names or other personal details :)
If you receive your item and it doesn't really feel okay - that's perfectly fine - you can return it back to us!
And the good news is that you have 30 days to do that.
The gear must be unwashed and unworn when you get it back to us :) Shipping cost is buyer's responsibility.
In case you want to make a return just send us an email email@example.com so we can give you all the details (and the address of course).
We'll assist you throughtout the whole process which - we promise - is not complicated at all :)
Sometimes even after checking the sizing chart numerous times it can happen that you have choosen wrong size or color which is no problem - we can exchange the wrong item.
If that is the case - just contact us here firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you to make it right for you :)
You have choosen black color t-shirt but we have sent you white? Oops - sorry! We check all packages twice before shipment and we proud on quality control but if we have sent wrong or faulty gear, we will immediately make an exchange so you can receive your gear in the shortest time possible :)))

Refunds of returned orders are proceeded within 7 days after we have received the returned garment (usually sooner than 7 days).
All return and exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer except in the cases we are doing an exchange of a faulty or wrongful item sent - in this case we cover all shipping costs - no joke - that's fair :)
