Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you don’t need to register before placing order. You can checkout as guest user too. Whatever you choose – to shop as a registered user or as a guest user, we have tried to simplify the process as much as possible.

 

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and SugarARMY Gift Vouchers.

 

Is it safe?

Absolutely. We use valid, trusted server certificate.

The connection to this site is encrypted and authenticated using a strong protocol (TLS 1.2), a strong key exchange (ECDHE_RSA), and a strong cipher (AES_128_GCM). So basically, nothing to worry about!

 

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time totally depends on the destination but here are estimates:

  • Europe - 4-10 days
  • North America  - 7-16 days
  • Canada - 20 - 45 days*
  • Australia - 12 - 20 days
  • Africa and South America - 12-20 days
  • Asia - 12-20 days

*CANADA - we have been informed about significant delay in processing international packages on behalf of Canada Post. That's why our current delivery estimates to Canada is up to 45 days. These estimates only reffer to Standard Shipping and do not effect the Express Shipping.


Express shipping (via DHL)

  • Worldwide 2-4 days


What is the shipping cost?

We have 2 options for shipping - STANDARD and EXPRESS 

Standard shipping is $5 (€ 4.50)

Express shipping is $14.99 (€ 13.50)


Can I track my order?

Yes, along with the Shipping Confirmation email, we send also tracking number and tracking link where you can track your order. Note that it takes around 2-3 days for the system to update the information and you can start tracking your order – this is because tracking isn’t 100% real-time J

Canadian and Australian customers have limited tracking ability – in case you want to track your package on the territory of Canada and Australia, you have to contact your local post and they will be able to track its location based on the tracking number provided. Sorry, for the inconvenience – it’s not our fault J))


Can you do changes in the design?

We do offer that but not all products can be customized so if you need something special, shoot us an email through our contact form here.


Can I return my order?

Yakss, we want you to love your gear but in case package arrives and it doesn’t feel okay – you can totally send it back to us. Items must be unworn and unwashed and in original packaging. If you decide to do that, simply contact us HERE so we can arrange the details.

Items need to be send back to us within 30 days. We do not offer free return so return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility.


I received wrong product. What should I do?

Wow, sorry! If you have received wrong product - just contact us - and we are going to send your item immediately. In this case you don't need to do anything else - just let us know so we can make it right and you receive your item asap.
